I’m a freelance Agility Consultant who comes to the table with 15+ years of hands-on experience across roles such as Agile Transformation Consultant, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Software Engineer and Manager Development.
Having worked in complex and client-facing environments for private & public clients in Asia and the Netherlands, I possess a keen understanding of the underlying Agile philosophy, with practical experience across the full spectrum of System Development Life Cycle.
The end result should always be about maximizing value through Business Agility. Throughout the evolution of my career, my holistic attitude towards professional development has led me to be certified in multiple domains such as Software Development, IT Service Management and Product and Project Management.
I subscribe to the mantra of being flexible and being able to value-add to both my clients and employers. My technical aptitude, business acumen and problem-solving capabilities aside, I believe it is my genuine passion for doing things better that defines me best.
I’m one of the few scrum.org accredited Professional Scrum Trainer™ in the world licensed to teach the entire course curriculum. As a trainer, I travel around the world with Scrum in my backpack. I teach scrum all over the world. During my classes, I facilitate professionals on a journey of discovering the underlying values and principles behind scrum. I challenge students in reimagining the true potential of Scrum.
